## Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

### How to Request a Return

For customers in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

After receiving your return request, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.

### Condition of Returned Items

You may examine and try on clothing as you would in a physical store.

Returned items should be in their original condition. If an item has been used or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect or try it, you may be responsible for any decrease in the item's value.

### Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or we have agreed otherwise.

### Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

### Refunds

Once we receive your returned goods, we will process your refund.

We will refund your payment using the original payment method.

For withdrawals under applicable EU consumer law, the refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notification of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide proof that you have sent them back.

The refund will include the standard delivery cost you paid for the original order. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.

### Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal under applicable law.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
